Summary: KURAGE GCS, KURAGE Vision, and the KURAGE Mission Computer demo environment are provided free of charge for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. They are not a security service, alarm service, or life-safety system. Do not rely on them to protect people or property.

1. Nature of the Service

This platform is a technology showcase of FUKUSHIMA G.K.'s autonomy, ground-control, and AI-vision software. Access is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of detections, or continuity of service. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. No Life-Safety or Security Reliance

AI detection (including person, intruder, vehicle, or fire detection) can miss events or produce false alarms. The service must not be used as the sole or primary means of protecting persons, property, or responding to emergencies or disasters. FUKUSHIMA G.K. accepts no liability for losses arising from missed detections, false detections, delays, or downtime.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only connect cameras you own or are authorized to use, and only in locations where recording is lawful. You must not use the service to monitor third parties without consent, to violate privacy or surveillance laws, to operate aircraft or robots in violation of applicable aviation or safety regulations, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted without notice.

4. Camera Streams and Data We Process

To provide the demo, we process: account data (email address, hashed password), camera video streams and snapshots you connect, AI detection results and event logs, and basic technical logs (IP address, access times) for security and abuse prevention. Video is processed for live detection; snapshots and detection events may be retained for a limited period for the purpose of displaying your event history, and are periodically deleted. We do not sell personal data and do not use your camera content for advertising.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account from the account page, which removes your account data. Because this is a free evaluation environment, we may also delete inactive accounts and stored data at our discretion. Backups are retained for a limited number of generations for operational recovery.

6. Commercial and OEM Use

Production, commercial, or safety-relevant deployments require a separate written agreement with FUKUSHIMA G.K. If you are interested in embedding KURAGE technology into your product, please contact us via the Partner Inquiry page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUKUSHIMA G.K.'s total liability arising out of or related to the free service is limited to zero (0) JPY, and FUKUSHIMA G.K. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts having jurisdiction over the location of FUKUSHIMA G.K.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
