This page explains the referral process and the common rules that apply to all opportunities. Reward rates vary by opportunity and are shown on each opportunity's page.
Why Become a Partner

You are paid a commission, at the rate set for that opportunity, once the referred contract is signed and confirmed.
No Specialist Knowledge Required
FUKUSHIMA LLC handles quotation, technical discussion, negotiation, contracting and development. Your role ends once the customer submits requirements.

Referrals are welcome worldwide, within the target countries set for each opportunity.

How It Works

1. Register as a Partner
Sign up with just an email address, password and country.

2. Choose an Opportunity
Browse the opportunity list. Commission rate and target countries are shown on each opportunity page.

3. Introduce the Customer
Share your referral link (available on each opportunity page) with the customer via social media or direct outreach.

4. Customer Submits Requirements
The customer submits their requirements document through your referral link.

5. FUKUSHIMA Takes Over
Technical discussion, quotation, negotiation and contracting are all handled by FUKUSHIMA LLC. Your part is complete at this point.

6. Contract & Initial Payment
The customer signs the contract, and FUKUSHIMA LLC receives the initial payment.

7. Commission Confirmed
Your commission is confirmed once the initial payment is verified.

8. Payment
Your confirmed commission is paid out.
Commission & Referral Rules

Commission Rate
The commission rate is set per opportunity and shown on that opportunity's page. Once an opportunity is published, its commission rate does not change.

Referral Validity
A referral remains valid for 12 months from the date it is accepted. Additional contracts signed with the same customer within this period are eligible for the same commission rate.

Duplicate Referrals
If the same customer is referred by multiple partners, the first valid referral accepted by FUKUSHIMA LLC is recognized as the official referral.

Existing Customers
A customer already in active contact or negotiation with FUKUSHIMA LLC before the referral is not eligible for commission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Partner Authority
Partners may not commit to contracts, prices, delivery dates or technical specifications on FUKUSHIMA LLC's behalf without written approval, and may not represent themselves as employees or agents of FUKUSHIMA LLC.

Confidentiality
Customer information, specifications and other non-public opportunity details must be treated as confidential.

Do I need to stay involved after the referral?
No. Once the customer submits requirements and the opportunity is accepted, FUKUSHIMA LLC handles all technical discussion, quotation, negotiation, contracting and development.

Can I refer a customer without a formal specification document?
Yes, as long as the submitted information (requirements list, drawings, project description, etc.) is sufficient for technical review and quotation.

Do I need to provide bank details when referring a customer?
No. Payment details are requested only after your commission has been confirmed.

Can I refer the same customer for multiple opportunities?
Yes. Since each opportunity has its own commission rate, referrals are tracked separately per opportunity.
