Licence model. OEM plans are a one-time licence for a platform
built to the customer's requirements, not a subscription. The first year of
maintenance is included in the licence fee.
OEM vs custom development. OEM plans license the existing KURAGE platform, configured and branded for you, at a fixed price. If your requirements go beyond configuration — a new dashboard, new AI pipeline, or a system you will own outright — that is custom development, quoted per project.
Annual maintenance is required from the second year and covers
security updates, ArduPilot and PX4 compatibility, defect resolution, and the
support level of the plan. Delivery timelines and payment schedules are agreed
per contract.
